NINAWA is based in Limburg, Belgium. We work with businesses across Belgium and, when the project allows it, remotely within the European Union. We communicate in Dutch, English and Arabic.

Managed Website — build

€990 one-time

A professional website designed for your business and launched for you.

Paid in two parts: €495 when you accept the proposal and €495 before launch. Target delivery: 15 business days after the start conditions are met.

Managed Care

€69 per month

Keeps your website online, secure and up to date after launch.

  • Up to 30 minutes of small content changes per month

Changes beyond the 30 minutes: €75 per hour in 15-minute units, only after your approval.

The standard Managed Website offer combines both: we build your website and keep managing it.

How we work

  1. Ask for a proposal

    Request a proposal or book a consultation. Both are free and non-binding.

  2. Accept online

    Your written proposal states the scope, price, timing and included revisions. You accept it online, and the exact version and terms you accepted are kept unchanged.

  3. Start

    Work starts after the first half of the price and once the start conditions in your proposal are met, such as your texts and access to your domain. Client Studio shows what we still need from you.

  4. Build and review

    We deliver your website for review in agreed stages, with two rounds of consolidated revisions. You approve each version in Client Studio.

  5. Launch

    After your final approval and the second half of the price, your website goes live.

  6. Managed Care

    From launch, Managed Care keeps your website online, secure and up to date, and handles small changes each month.

Client Studio: everything in one place

Every client gets a personal, secure workspace instead of scattered emails:

  • what we need from you and what waits for your approval, with each decision recorded;
  • files shared safely in both directions;
  • requests, questions and support, with their history;
  • what you own, the Managed Care time used and your invoices;
  • the exact terms and data processing agreement you accepted, and your project's data-processing schedule.

Build your own page

In Client Studio you can also build a one-page website yourself, from ready-made sections and templates for your sector, and publish it at ninawa.net/s/your-name. Changes stay private until you publish, and every published version is kept so you can go back.

Common questions

Who owns my domain and content?

The content you supply stays yours. After full payment you receive the rights described in your proposal. Access to your domain and accounts is handed over to you, and Client Studio shows each step of the handover.

Where is my data stored?

In the European Union: on servers at Hetzner and a Belgian hosting company, with encrypted backups at Hetzner. Email and visitor statistics run on NINAWA's own servers. Your data does not leave the European Economic Area.

How is personal data protected?

Every proposal includes a data processing agreement. For each project you receive a schedule of exactly which data is processed and by whom, and you are told at least 14 days before a provider changes, with the right to object.

What if I want to stop?

Managed Care ends with 30 days' written notice. You receive the agreed export of your website, your domain and accounts are transferred to you, and your data is returned or deleted as you instruct. Client Studio shows each step.

Prices are indicative. NINAWA is currently in a pre-launch phase: requesting a proposal is free and non-binding, and paid work only starts after the start has been confirmed in writing. Your proposal states the final price and tax treatment.
