Privacy notice
How NINAWA collects, uses, protects and retains personal data under the GDPR and Belgian data-protection law.

For inquiries, proposals, invoicing, website operation and direct client relationships, NINAWA is the data controller. Privacy requests can be sent to support@ninawa.net.
2. Data collected
We may process contact and company details, project communications, appointment details, contracts, invoices, security logs, language and consent preferences, and limited website analytics. We do not intentionally request special-category data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to answer requests, take pre-contractual steps, perform agreements, meet legal obligations, secure services and improve them on the basis of legitimate interests. Optional analytics is used only after consent where required.
4. Recipients and processors
Access is limited to NINAWA and providers needed for hosting, email, accounting, monitoring or specialist delivery. They receive only necessary data and are subject to confidentiality and data-processing duties.
5. International transfers
We prefer processing within the European Economic Area. Transfers outside it require an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful safeguard.
6. Retention
Contact requests are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Accounting and contract data is retained as required by Belgian law. Analytics is limited to 90 days and security logs are automatically removed after their retention period.
7. Security
We use encrypted transport, access controls, secure cookies, request protection, attempt limits, private audit files, backups and updates appropriate to the risk. Raw visitor IP addresses are not stored in analytics or the admin security audit.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and may withdraw consent at any time. We may need to verify your identity.
9. Complaints
Contact support@ninawa.net first so we can investigate. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority or another competent authority.
10. Automated decisions
NINAWA does not use inquiry or booking data for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
