Who is responsible for which data
When you contact NINAWA, request a proposal, book a consultation or become a client, NINAWA decides how that data is used. NINAWA is then the controller, as explained in the Privacy notice.
When NINAWA builds, hosts or maintains a website or system for your business and handles personal data of your own customers, NINAWA processes that data only on your instructions. You are then the controller and the Data Processing Agreement applies.
Data is limited to what each purpose needs, protected with technical and organisational measures, and kept only for the periods described in the Privacy notice.

Binding languages
The English and Dutch versions of the Terms and of the Data Processing Agreement are binding. The other languages are translations for your convenience; if they differ, the binding version prevails.
