NINAWA is led by Mostafa Mohammed. I studied and graduated in web design in 2014 and continue developing my skills through practical projects and ongoing study. I currently also work for an international non-profit organisation. That employment is separate from NINAWA and does not imply endorsement or involvement by the organisation.
What I deliver
I help businesses and organisations with visual identity and logo work, websites and online workflows, marketing images and promotional video, hosting and maintenance, and practical guidance or coaching aimed at reaching and serving customers more effectively.
How we work
We begin with a focused conversation about the business, audience, goals and constraints. I then define scope, priorities, timing and price in writing. Work is designed and built in stages, reviewed with the client, tested on mobile and desktop, and launched only after approval.
Data and access
Only information and system access required for the agreed work is requested. Client access is separated where practical, credentials should be shared through an agreed secure channel, and access is removed or returned after the assignment.
Support after launch
The agreed package determines hosting, monitoring, maintenance, backups, content changes and response expectations. Ongoing support is documented rather than promised as unlimited or continuously staffed support.
